There is Hope — Even in the Darkest Moments
When the Unthinkable Happens, You Should Not Walk Alone.
Gracey’s Hope exists to walk alongside parents in crisis, offering immediate, faith-rooted support after the loss of a child.
When the call comes.
When the fog sets in.
When the world stops.
We are here.
The First 72 Hours Change Everything
When a child dies, everything changes in an instant.
The first 72 hours are often marked by shock, confusion, and overwhelming decisions. Parents are asked to process information, speak with family, plan services, and answer questions — all while their world has collapsed.
This early window matters.
Gracey’s Hope exists to step into that moment.
We provide immediate, faith-rooted support — connecting grieving parents with steady, experienced voices who understand the fog and can help them navigate the first steps forward.
We do not rush grief.
We do not offer easy answers.
We offer presence.
We Walk With Parents in Crisis
We provide:
• Immediate connection with parents who have lived through similar loss
• Practical guidance for navigating “grief fog”
• Faith-centered encouragement without clichés
• Trusted referrals to counselors and recovery resources
• Ongoing peer mentorship
We do not replace pastors, therapists, or treatment centers.
We stand beside families when they need someone who understands.
Born From Our Own Story
We received the call no parent ever wants to receive.
In the hours and days that followed, something became clear:
The presence of people who had walked this road before us changed everything.
A pastor who rushed to our side.
A father who had buried his son.
Friends who understood the fog.
Gracey’s Hope was created so that no parent has to face that moment alone.
Beauty from ashes.
Hope in the dark.

Gracey’s Story
Gracey Kayla Hope Adams was vibrant, compassionate, and deeply loved. She had a heart for those struggling with homelessness and mental illness.
On January 3, 2026, Gracey was murdered in an act of violence connected to untreated mental illness.
Her story now fuels a mission to ensure families are not alone in their darkest hour.
Just show up…
Presence. Faith. Practical Help.
We believe:
• Faith matters in crisis.
• Parents need other parents who understand.
• Immediate support changes long-term outcomes.
• Hope is not naïve — it is necessary.
This is not just a program.
It is a commitment to stand beside families in their darkest hour.
